Do job applicants choose employment based on the potential for a lawsuit? They choose an institution they are aware of having opposing views just so they can sue?

A Religious School should have the right to require its employees to abide by its rules. You know - Free Enterprise and all that.

Why wasn't Jonathan Zinski honest and straight up about his sexual orientation with Liberty University from the beginning of his relationship with it?

But I don't agree that The A.C.L.U. has a "Radical LGBTQ agenda". The A.C.L.U. could have declined to take on this case without abandoning its core beliefs and principles. Amen?
